Seaweed is not something I have used before, but I see now that it can help in my healing in making me stronger.

I haven’t used it much only because I have thought that I am getting the minerals from Seaweed mostly from the food I eat, but I can also see that iodine is a mineral that I am not getting enough of.

As it is now I am going to start using it in my health journey to become stronger.

Rosita Seaweed (specifically their 5-Seaweed Blend) contains naturally minerals that I think is important for my healing.

The nutritional profile for Seaweed standard 2-capsule serving focuses primarily on minerals and trace elements like:

lodine: 150 mcg (100% Daily Value)

Calcium: 40 mg

Potassium: 50 mg

Sodium: 30 mg

Magnesium: 5 mg

Omega-3 Fatty Acids: 8.66

Seaweed is high in Iodine which I know there is a protocol for where they take high amounts of iodine.

The Iodine Protocol is an alternative medicine supplement regimen that involves taking exceptionally high doses of iodine – often 50 milligrams ore more per day – to treat severe deficiency, heavy metal toxicity, and chronic fartigue. Developed primarily by physicians Guy Abraham and David Brownstein, the framework relies on massive quantities of iodine to displace “competing” halogens like bromine, fluorine, and chlorine from the body’s tissues.

I don’t support this type of protocols only because Cerebellum has the ability it has to make a person feel better with the energies it creates.

I am not going to dive into this protocol criticizing it or anything just write down down my views based on what I have experienced myself. With what I know taking high amounts of minerals or vitamins creates stress. Phlebotomies as well. I see that iron has a role in the levels of iodine in your blood.

If you lack oxidized (Fe+3) iron you’re also going to be low in iodine. Iron and copper metabolism is so important within our bodies so the focus must always be on circulation, liver health, and copper and iron metabolism to see how much iron and copper that goes through oxidation.

Iron and Iodine (Thyroid Synthesis): Iron is an essential cofactor for thyroid peroxidase (TPO), the iron-dependent enzyme required to oxidize iodine so it can bind to thyroglobulin. Without sufficient iron, iodine cannot be utilized to make thyroid hormones, often resulting in hypothyroidism despite adequate iodine intake.

Iodine is necessary for thyroid function, and a properly functioning thyroid is required for the liver to produce transferrin and regulate systemic iron metabolism.

When iron and iodine are balanced, transferrin saturation levels improve significantly, restoring proper hematological and endocrine function.

Iodine is also present in Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). The choroid plexus actively secretes iodine into the CSF.

I will write a post about iodine on October 1st. next year.

I also know that bile acid has a role in how the thyroid is functioning, the liver and the circulation within the liver, but this is research that needs to be looked into later.

The biggest reason I am starting to use Seaweed is that it is natural grown in the sea, and it contains minerals important for our adrenals, our thyroid and how the energies within these two organs works. If these organs get the minerals and vitamins it needs the energies within these two organs will be strong enough. This is especially for the adrenals and the liver which is so important in our body as it is.

For the body to release toxic metals it needs a lymphatic system that works (water) and a healthy liver that is able to the job it is created to do.

Seaweed has minerals that I need now to support my adrenals and liver, so I can become strong enough.

I am taking Cod Liver, Ratfish and Seaweed as recommended by the bottles. Not more or less. If I forget a day I don’t stress about it since I am eating as nutritional as I do.

I am taking one Seaweed with breakfast and one with dinner.

Rosita Seaweed is sustainably hand-harvested from the fast-flowing waters of the Pentland Firth in northern Scotland. Harvesters carefully hand-cut individual plants during peak growing periods, ensuring enough of the plant remains for natural regrowth and reproduction. The seaweed is then gently air-dried at low temperatures to preserve delicate micronutrients.

I believe the methods that Rosita use is way better than other commercial supplements on the market. Something more firms should look into when they make things today.

Seaweed is probably something that I would try to dry myself if I lived closer to the sea than I do only because it is as nutritious as it is. Maybe mixing it with salt and use it on eggs or meat to add flavor.

I am living close to the woods and the mountains and I think I am going to pick blueberries and cranberries this year to have in the freezer as a dessert with ice cream etc. This type of berries is much more nutritious than those we buy in the grocery store. Especially the blueberries which isn’t even blue inside.

Fresh grocery store blueberries are often less nutritious than hand-picked wild berries. Store-bought blueberries (typically large, cultivated varieties) are bred for size and shelf life, and lose up to 50% of their vitamin C sitting on transport trucks. Hand-picked wild or forest berries offer denser antioxidants.

Wild vs. Cultivated: Hand-picked berries (especially wild Nordic bilberries or dwarf blueberries) pack up to twice the antioxidants (anthocyanins) of large, plump store varieties.

The stores below is stores that I support as it is today. They all have supplements that will help you heal if you are having symptoms. I do.

Use Magnesium in liquid form or in supplemental form… I never recommend how much or how little because we’re all so different. I am taking 5 Magnesium Malate now in tablet form. 6 was too much for my heart rhythm.

I am at the end of this post. I will see how much Seaweed will help me in my Journey in a few weeks, but based on my knowledge I think it is going to help a lot.

My next blog post is coming out on October 1st. and is going to be about:
