I think nutrition is important for all of us. Eating as natural food as possible as mentioned in my post about Rosita’s Extra Virgin Cod Liver Oil.

Eating natural food keeps us more healthy than ultra processed food. Natural foods has all the minerals and vitamins bioavailable vs. ultra processed foods often has the vitamins added in a synthetic form.

I’ve eaten different diets throughout my life.

  • Low calorie
  • Low fat
  • Mediterranean diet
  • Keto diet
  • Carnivore
  • Ancestral food

In my opinion a low calorie diet is not something that you can live with long term. Neither a low fat diet.

The Mediterranean diet was a great diet, but not something I could live on because the diet had too much vegetables for my taste buds.

The Keto diet made me loose weight, but it also gave me a lot of stress because of the way the body lost the weight. Very fast.

The Carnivore diet was something I loved. I felt great. I lost weight but it also caused a lot of stress to my body which needed rest at the time. Too much iron, copper and fats that the body needed to handle every day that was causing a lot of stress on the liver. I think the Carnivore diet is great if you need to heal your body short term, but not something I recommend using long term because the body needs sugar in a healing process based on own experience.

I recommend a diet with natural foods.

  • Meat
  • Chicken
  • Fish
  • Pork tenderloin and bacon
  • Potatoes
  • Rice
  • Pasta but not a lot
  • Vegetables like broccoli, carrots
  • Fruits like tomatoes and oranges
  • I eat some salat but only part of a meal and not alone.
  • We also use a lot of cream in our sauces etc.

I am using Rosita’s Ratfish Liver Oil during the winter months from October until March as mentioned before, because it has the most Vitamin D. I am using Rosita’s Extra Virgin Cod Liver Oil during the summer months because I am getting Vitamin D from the sun. Cod Liver Oil has less vitamin D and more Vitamin A (Retinol).

The reason I use Rosita is that it is natural, and not processed like most other Cod Liver Oils on the market.

Rosita’s Extra Virgin Ratfish Oil is a raw, unrefined oil made from Ratfish liver. Unlike standard commercial oils, Rosita’s Ratfish Oil is produced using a traditional, heat-free extraction method that preserves the oil’s natural nutritional integrity.

Nutrient Preservation: Commercial “standard” liver oils often undergo intensive refining—including heating, bleaching, and molecular distillation (boiling at over 190°C)—which can destroy naturally occurring vitamins and damage healthy fats.

Rosita uses a proprietary cold extraction method that mimics ancient Viking techniques, keeping nutrients like vitamins A and D in their original, bioavailable forms.

If you compare Rositas Oils compared to commercially made liver oils you can see the difference in how they are made:

Rosita Ratfish Liver Oil contains a rich, naturally occurring profile of fat-soluble vitamins.

Rositas Ratfish Liver Oil contains the following vitamins, which are dissolved in the oil’s fats and absorbed by the body:

  • Vitamin A (in its active, retinol form)
  • Vitamin D (specifically Vitamin D
  • Vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol, in its active chemical form)
  • Vitamin K (a naturally balanced blend of vitamins)

These vitamins are entirely naturally occurring and are preserved because the oil is extracted without heat or chemicals. Alongside these vitamins, the oil is highly valued for its natural omega-3 fatty acids and alkylglycerols (bioactive lipids).

Ratfish Oil is a supplement from ratfish known for its high alkylglycerol (AKG).

Rosita’s Cod Liver Oil contains less Vitamin D than Ratfish Liver Oil as mentioned earlier. Ratfish liver is naturally rich in Vitamin D, featuring about (10) times more Vitamin D than Cod Liver Oil per standard teaspoon which is the reason I am using it in the winter months.

Typical naturally-occurring levels for both unrefined products include:

  • Rositas Ratfish OilApproximately (4,750) IU of Vitamin D3 per teaspoon.
  • Rosita Extra Virgin Cod Liver Oil: Approximately (360) to (395) IU of Vitamin D3 per teaspoon.

Because of this massive difference, the two oils are used for different nutritional goals. Ratfish liver oil is often prized for its high Vitamin D concentration and alkylglycerols, while cod liver oil provides a balanced, naturally low ratio of Vitamin D and a higher level of Vitamin A.

Minimal Processing: Standard oils may be chemically “purified” or deodorized to mask oxidation. Rosita is gravity-filtered and contains no solvents, chemicals, or artificial flavorings.

Bioavailability: The fats in Rosita are in their natural triglyceride (TG) form, which scientific research suggests is more effectively absorbed by the body than the synthetic ethyl ester (EE) form found in many processed fish oils.

Sourcing and Freshness: Rosita’s Ratfish Liver Oil is sustainably sourced from wild-caught ratfish (Chimaera monstrosa) in the deep waters of the Norwegian fjords and the remote coast of Northern Norway. The fish are harvested by local Norwegian fishermen using small boats and methods like hook-and-line to minimize environmental impact and bycatch.

Note: If you live around the 40th. latitude: (40∘N40∘N) it is important to know that you might need to take natural raw Ratfish or Cod Liver oil during the time of year that the sun is not giving you vitamin D in the skin.

People who live closest to the equator have the best exposure to vitamin D. In regions farther from the equator, particularly in the winter, the sun’s rays are less effective.

If you’re over age 70 you may need more than 20 minutes because your skin does not make Vitamin D as well as it did when you were younger.

From October to April: The sun provides minimal or no Vitamin D, regardless of time spent outdoors.

From May to September: 15-20 minutes of sun a day is enough.

Always consume Rositas Cod Liver Oil with healthy fats, such as olive oil, salmon, or full fat dairy. I never recommend half fat or diet anything because it is not what the body needs if you’re going to stay healthy.

If you start using Rositas Ratfish Oil I suggest you use it with food that is fatty daily and not alone as a supplement in the morning. I’ve tried that, and that will make you burp the taste of Ratfish Oil because it has nothing to digest on an empty stomach.

I know there is a lot of people around recommending this and that. I am not writing my blog to recommend things just because I am recommending them for money.

I recommend them based on own experience. Good or bad.

Rositas Cod Liver Oil is a good thing, but not too much. Salt is also a good thing but not too much either. Cerebellum can create MORE energies making you feel better because it has the ability it has.

This is internet stores that has the minerals and vitamin that I recommend:

Norway: https://www.mineralbutikken.no/

USA: https://www.getsmidge.com/pages/our-story

Australia https://ancientlakesmagnesium.com.au/

England: https://www.treatmeniceuk.com/

USA: https://www.rositausa.com/

Worldwideshipping: Iherb.com

That has minerals like:

Magnesium in liquid form and supplements.

I know that there are a lot of protocols out there claiming it is going to heal them from different diseases etc.

I am writing my blog because I have experienced something I don’t think anyone else have. I am asking you reading my words to search within yourself finding your own intuition and instinct above anything else and trust yourself. That is in your brain in the gut.

I can give you a warning as well.

  • DO NOT take too many phlebotomies.
  • DO NOT take too much salt compared to water.
  • DO NOT fast for longer periods of time.

There is a Cerebellum within you that is affecting your health giving you symptoms every day in your energies because there is something in your life that is weak within you. Cerebellum also has the ability to make you feel amazing while you’re fasting for several days and many other things.

The Balance between you and the Cerebellum energies is really delicate.
