I was going to post this post on May 1st., but decided to finish this subject on the same month, so here it goes…
I ended my last post about the dermis and the correlation it has with Cerebellum.
I wrote at the end of the last post that the dermis in the head (including facial skin and scalp) has a high water content, generally ranging from 70% to 80% of its total weight. The dermis layer of the skin contains both minerals, vitamins and neurons. The dermis is a vascularized layer (containing blood vessels) that supports the skin by providing nutrients, including vitamins and minerals, essential for structural integrity, collagen production, and hydration.

A lack of water, minerals and vitamins is contributing to loss of hair, grey hair and dandruff, etc. In other words a chemistry that isn’t right.. More about this in later posts.
The total number of neurons in the entire human brain is estimated at roughly 86 billion.
The neurons responsible for skin sensation are part of the Peripheral Nervous System (PNS). The cerebellum is not part of the Peripheral Nervous System (PNS). I am going to dive into the nervous systems in the future as I am still researching and understanding. I still need time to see it from my own point of view because I’ve experienced what I have.. All I know now is that the Cerebellum is not part of:
- The Enteric Nervous System
- The Peripheral Nervous System
- Sympathetic Nervous System
- The Lymphatic System
Lymph fluid is important for our health and often not taken into account when we have symptoms. Lymph circulates throughout our body. Lymph Fluid is approximately 90% to 98% water. It serves as a vital transport network that relies on hydration to prevent stagnation. The system transports roughly 3 liters of lymph fluid per day, managing a continuous flow of water, proteins, and immune cells.
- Fluid Composition: Lymph is primarily water, along with white blood cells (lymphocytes), proteins, and waste products.
- System Importance: The lymphatic system requires adequate water to function properly. Dehydration can cause the lymph to become stagnant and sluggish.
- Daily Turnover: While roughly 20 liters of fluid leave the blood capillaries daily, the lymphatic system picks up about 3 liters of this fluid to return to the bloodstream.
- Hydration Tips: To support the Lymphatic System, it is recommended to drink enough water to keep the lymph flowing. The Cerebellum can become a big part of the Dermis. It can block the Lymphatic System making it weak. I have felt very cold in my thighs and stomach especially, and throughout my whole body before I started to heal my own energies. I have felt «dead» ice cold.
The lymphatic system works closely with the liver to manage and eliminate toxins, acting as a “conduit” for waste products processed by the liver. Cerebellum can leave a lot of bile acid throughout the whole body if it gets the chance. Before I started to heal I was turning “blue” in my whole body from the stress I had from what I did. I also had a lot of spider veins and still do.
The lymphatic system is a “warm” energy within us. Cerebellum is a very cold energy. Since I’ve been so sick as I’ve been I can “feel” warm energies circulating in my body as it is now because the lymphatic system is detoxing as much bile acid as it is.
Water is also essential to keep blood flowing properly within our veins to maintain overall vascular health. While water does not literally act as a “seal” holding blood inside, it is crucial for maintaining the necessary blood volume and viscosity (thickness) for the circulatory system to function effectively.
Electrolytes like sodium and potassium pull water through your intestinal walls, helping move fluid from your gut into your bloodstream. When you use clean electrolytes that mimic the body’s natural balance, hydration becomes more efficient. I will write more about this in a later post.
Osmoregulation simply means keeping water levels balanced.
Electrolytes do the job of keeping this balance steady.
According to Artificial Intelligence the Hypothalamus

is a small but vital part of the brain located below the thalamus and above the brainstem, acting as the main control center for homeostasis.
Hypothalamus is also the main control center for Appetite and Thirst according to Artificial Intelligence.
This is a statement that I partly disagree with today based on what I know that the Cerebellum is able to do to a human and own experience.
I won’t go into detail about it in this post, but something in the known research seems very wrong to me. All I know from own experience is that the Cerebellum feed on our energies and create energies from our stress. This is what I am healing myself from.
Hypothalamus is part of the Limbic System. As is Amygdala, Hippocampus and Thalamus
The limbic system according to researchers is not a unitary structure but consists of a collection of brain regions. There is a lack of consensus between researchers as to what structures should be included in the limbic system, but areas that are often included are the amygdala, cingulate cortex, hippocampus and its neighboring regions, hyopothalamus, seal nuclei, mammillary bodies, prefrontal cortex, certain nuclei of the thalamus, and tracts such as the fornix and medial forebrain bundle.
I am not diving into all these regions of the brain in this post, but I am seriously questioning the research that has been done on the brain when Cerebellum is what it is.
The components of the limbic system are situated deep within the brain, where they are surrounded by and frequently in contact with the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF).
Since the Limbic System is part of the Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF) I am having a really hard time believing that the hypothalamus is what it is. The same goes for thalamus, hippocampus, and amygdala.
The research that has been done does not seem right to me because none of these researchers see the Cerebellum as it is. An energy that will literally kill you if it gets the chance and if you don’ take care of yourself.
Recent research and the idea of one “system” for emotion in the human brain has also fallen out of favor in recent years. Emotions are highly complex experiences, and neuroscience research has failed to support the hypothesis that they are all managed by one unitary system. In my experience our emotions are within our gut. No where else. The Cerebellum can create almost ALL the energies that a human has depending on how high our own energies and stress is.
I did not have any emotions or my own feelings at my sickest. Cerebellum created them. I still need to search within myself and find emotions. I always find emotions within my gut. Not in the brain, because Cerebellum is still in parts of my brain as I am getting thoughts and views that aren’t mine. This is very annoying now because I know what I am thinking and feeling in my own energies.
My question in EVERYTHING that I read is therefor:
How can researchers see all these senses within the brain when Cerebellum can do what it has done to me?
I know that I’ve have had a hard time feeling the difference between hunger from the Cerebellum energy, and my own hunger in my stomach. It’s been hard to feel the difference when I’ve been sicker than I am now, but with increased own energies I can sense appetite and hunger more and more in my own energies.
My motor cortex became numb. I lost the fine tuning in my eyes, facial expressions, and fine tuning in muscle movement, and became a person that was “numb” without any own feelings or emotions. I did not know that I was numb at my sickest, but I see today that I was. I wasn’t a human being with senses or the sensory system that I was supposed to have, but more of a “machinery” that was supposed to be sitting in a chair, not bending down, or doing things a human is supposed to be doing because it changed the energies within me. Cerebellum “feeds” on our energy when our energy is high, and if we keep our energy levels high in longer periods of time the stronger the Cerebellum becomes.
With what I have experienced I am going to use my next 10 years researching to understand more and share what I can find in the research, and take the experience that I’ve had and put the puzzle pieces together and see:
The Energy Beings We Actually Are
Cerebellum moves energy within us upwards, while we as humans are supposed to move energy downward toward our lower abdomen (vagina, penis). Our balance is between our vigina/penis and our thyroid. A thyroid disease is a sign of stress as an example. In other words a lack of minerals, vitamins, enzymes etc.
A lack of water increases our energy levels which in turn becomes high energies. (Headaches, brain fog, hypothyoidism, etc. aka too much bile acid and lack of electrolytes. Often sodium and magnesium.
I am not going into detail about every disease, but I am going to shed a light on them in the future with my views, and from what I’ve experienced myself in the future.
With a 10 year plan ahead of me I am going to keep my energy levels as low as possible. Become clairvoyant in my own energy and not in the Cerebellums energy as most people are today. I am also going to read and research to understand more of what researchers does not see in their research. Not using books to do this but my own common sense, own experience, and read research from my own point of view.
The difference between me and them is that I have experienced something no one else has since the researchers is still researching why we get schizophrenia and other diseases. I have been schizophrenic for over 5 years and I know why as I have researched where this «voice» is coming from.
If I did not start to use my senses I would be dead today.
Is this the truth? Yes it is. I almost lost my own life because I believed that a protocol was the answer to my symptoms. I did too much of everything, but I’ve learned something no one else have.
Would I do it again? Probably… A life with a lesson learned about the energy beings a human really is.
EVERYTHING IS ABOUT BALANCE
AND
NOT ANY PROTOCOLS
I am always open to being wrong.
I am writing my blog posts in a mix between own experience, my knowledge about minerals and vitamins, enzymes and copper and iron metabolism. I am also using resources that is within the known research, but it is a very difficult task to figure out everything when what is known in the science and research is not the truth.
The Cerebellum is an energy that can communicate. That is the truth. You can’t hear, but if you take the time to search within your energies it is telling you that you’re not worth anything… it is the opposite of what we are. Negative…
Stagnant blood flow also has a role in this. If you mix a lack of water, stagnant copper and iron, and bile acid you got a disease… more on this later.
I have had blisters on my chest due to too much sun during my life. That was itchy and painful… I’ve also had basal cell carcinoma some years ago that I had a skin doctor take away. I’ve also had it the last year and healed it on my own with massaging and bleeding the area that had cancer and healed it, so I know that bile acid has a role in ALL diseases.
If you want to start to drink more water add this to your daily routine to keep your osmoregulation in the right strength and energy:
Magnesium Malate
Magnesium Glycinate
Liquid Magnesium
Unrefined Salt based on intuition and instinct
Potassium Gluconate now and then
Rositas Cod Liver Oil or Rositas Rat Fish Oil.
Ginger Juice to lower bile acid activity
Lemon Juice to lower stress and help your digestive system increase your bile flow.
I’ve tried blood letting by the Root Cause Protocol. I did phlebotomies more often than recommended.
I’ve tried high dose Thiamine in Elliot Overtons group.
I’ve tried high dose copper according to Jason Hommel at Copper Revolution.
I’ve tried a lot of unrefined salt and not enough water.
Please do not try this. You might feel better, but that’s a ability that the Cerebellum have. It enters your energies without you noticing it. It is able to create flu like symptoms, nausea, vomiting, dizziness etc., so it can become more and more part of your own energies.
If you feel weak. Eat nutritious food and drink water. Have some magnesium and sodium with your food, because Cerebellum can use bile acid so medication does not work as well.
Bile Acid is everywhere and part of us.
I recommend what I do based on own experiences.

My next blog post is going to be on May 1st. and it is going to be about:
The difference between water soluble and fat soluble vitamins
With the research I’ve already done bile acid has a smaller or bigger role in ALL diseases. The research is showing me that lack of water, minerals, vitamins and enzymes has a role in everything.
