Do you know that there are 102 minerals in a human body? This is something that not everyone is aware of.

Most people is also not aware of that there are 13 different vitamins inside of us. All of these minerals and vitamins should work together (synergistic) or against each other (antagonistic).

All minerals in a person are intracellular, while some can also be intracellular and extracellular.

Most blood tests taken today are in plasma or serum. These two blood test will NOT show real levels when a blood test is taken in plasma or serum.

Think of your blood plasma as the fuel line, and the intracellular space as the engine.

  • If the fuel line (plasma, serum) is empty, the engine (cells) is definitely not getting fuel.
  • If the fuel line is full, the engine should be getting fuel.

The minerals Calcium – Sodium – Magnesium – Potassium, Iron and Copper are especially important, because you can lack large amounts of magnesium as an example and have enough in blood tests that are in Plasma or Serum.

Some minerals must also be oxidized, and this applies especially to Copper and Iron, which are also not taken into account when taking blood tests at the doctor.

I will write more about minerals and vitamins in my future posts, as well as a little about oxidation and why your liver is important in the process of becoming healthy.

I will also shed light on why you should eat food that is natural, and why the pH in your body can be a reason why you have symptoms of disease. Natural sour things like lemon and a cup of coffee can be a good thing in times when you are under great pressure or stress.

A cup of coffee is actually good for you, and so is lemon. More on this later.

To shed light on why you need the right blood tests I am going to write down which minerals are intracellular or both below.

The Red Blood Cell Minerals are:

  • Calcium
  • Chromium
  • Copper
  • Magnesium
  • Manganese
  • Molybdenum
  • Potassium
  • Selenium
  • Vanadium
  • Zinc

The reason why you need intracellular blood tests is because the blood will keep the minerals and vitamins within reference range, regardless of deficiency or not. This is to maintain the balance in the blood, so that all organs in the body get the minerals and vitamins they need.

Some minerals such as sodium are both inside and outside a cell. Sodium is the most important electrolyte in the extracellular fluid (ECM), with approximately 98% of the total in the ECM and only 2% in the intracellular fluid (ICM), with a reference range of 135-145mEq/L.

Experience has shown me that you can lack large amounts of magnesium, salt and water, even if this does not show up in blood tests.

Like I wrote in my recent post: Our bodies are made of water – we have an ocean inside us. Like the Earth, we are 70% salt water. In 1897, French physician Rene Quinton discovered a 98% match between our blood plasma and seawater, or what we call “ocean plasma”. Take our brains for example – just looking at water in a river or the waves in the sea changes our brain wave frequency, putting us in a more meditative state.

Think of our nervous and endocrine systems – cold water stimulates the vagus nerve, calming our fight-or-flight response, lowering cortisol and releasing feel-good hormones. Since cortisol and melatonin are considered functional antagonists in the body’s circadian rhythm. They generally work in opposite complementary rhythms to manage sleep-wake cycles . In other words your STRESS.

To mention a few minerals that is taken in plasma or serum, that has most of it’s life inside the cells:

  • Magnesium has approximately 99% of the body’s total magnesium located inside cells. 60% in bones, 20-40% in muscle and soft tissue. Only about 1% of total body magnesium is found in the extracellular fluid (plasma, serum). Magnesium Basics
  • Sodium is primarily an extracellular electrolyte, meaning it is found in high concentrations outside of the cells (in plasma or serum), and in very low concentrations inside cells. It acts as the dominant cation in the extracellular fluid (ECF). Sodium Basics
  • Did you know that human sodium levels fluctuate rythmically with 7 day and monthly cycles? This is something I am going to write more about in the future.
  • Potassium has approximately 98% inside cells, (mainly muscle cells). Only about 2% is found in the extracellular fluid (plasma, serum). Potassium Basics
  • Zink has approximately 95% inside the cellular cells. Zink is tightly bound to proteins and organelles within the cell, particularly in the nucleus and cytoplasm. Only about 5% is found in extracellular fluid (plasma, serum). Zink Basics

We are always told not to consume too much salt, when the truth is that the body needs unrefined salt. There is a huge difference between unrefined salt and table salt. More on that in a later post.

Enzymes and hormones in our bodies were designed to utilize salt in its whole natural form, not in a foreign, refined state.

Enzymes in the body are catalysts for the body, and they are all very sensitive to pH changes. They will lose most of their function when the pH changes. The cells of the immune system are also unable to protect us when the pH is unbalanced.

Minerals and vitamins are important to make energy, but too much of a certain mineral or vitamin isn’t good either, because that can cause stress to the body on so many levels.

I learned this the hard way by becoming schizophrenic in February 2021, after stressing my body with:

  • Too much salt compared to water and some other minerals and vitamins.
  • Too much phlebotomies.
  • Not enough sleep.
  • Too much work
  • And so many other things that I am going to write about later.

I don’t recommend following any protocols like the:

  • The Root Cause Protocol that focuses on circulating iron, copper and Ceruloplasmin. Doing phlebotomies and eating Ancestral food. The blood in our body is only 7-8 % of what our body is. Approximately 70 % is water, 20 % is skeleton, 7% is blood and 3% is organs.
  • The Copper Revolution taking high amounts of copper. Taking high amounts of copper will cause stress in the liver.
  • The Stanton Migraine Protocol recommendation of taking salt with water can create more stress causing the Cerebellum to become more active. What people with migraine should do is healing their liver instead of using salt and water.
  • The Iodine Protocol will cause stress.
  • Elliot Overtons recommendations about using high doses of Thiamine. Thiamine is necessary to make energy, but not in high doses because high doses will make the Cerebellum more active due to the stress that will be created.
  • Or any other protocols that recommends any minerals and vitamins in higher amounts.

The reason for that is what I’ve experienced myself feeling better taking a lot of salt, magnesium, thiamine, and doing phlebotomies when all of it actually was causing more stress.

Its hard to explain and feel the difference between your own energy and the Cerebellums energy, because the Cerebellum is part of us all.

With what I know today, I’ve lived periods of my whole life in the Cerebellums energy on and off. Things that have happened to me has caused me to increase my energy. The Cerebellums energy can make you feel amazing and also the other way around. Like crap…

The Cerebellum is in need of minerals and vitamins like us. The problem here is if we take MORE minerals or vitamins, than the body need the Cerebellum can sense this stress in the Parasympathetic Nervous System and create MORE energy and stress, and actually “take” over your own energy. I’ve lived in it for more than 5 years, so I know for sure.

It is written that the cerebellum (“little brain”) is primarily responsible for coordinating voluntary movements, maintaining balance, posture, and motor learning. It isn’t.

The Parasympatic Nervous System originates from the cranio-sacral outflow, meaning its preganglionic neurons arise from specific cranial nerve nuclei in the brainstem, and the sacral segments (S2-S4) in the spinal cord.

Very high in the Spinal Cord, which is the biggest reason I am claiming that the Parasympathetic Nervous System is part of the Cerebellum and is NOT a «Rest and Digest» nervous system at all. The Cerebellum is releasing bile acid when we are in stress. Bile Acid is alkaline. We are as humans supposed to have a sour pH or a pH that is:

Key pH Levels in the Human Body:

  • Arterial Blood: 7.35 – 7.45 (Optimal: 7.40)
  • Venous Blood: 7.3 – 7.35
  • Stomach (Gastric): 1.5 – 3.5
  • Saliva: 6.2 – 7.4
  • Urine: 4.5 – 8.0
  • Cytosol: ~7.2

If the Cerebellum was part of the Sympathetic Nervous System, I would probably have been dead now..

I will write posts later to shed light on the nervous systems, and why I claim what I do.

The Cerebellum is also sensing stress within the Dermis in our skin. The Dermis is 70% water packed with neurons, that also can create energy. More on this later.

The Cerebellum is almost all neurons packed in a hindbrain, that weighs only about 150 grams. It can communicate with us.

How.. I don’t know yet, and I am not so sure I can figure that out either. ALL I know is that it is communicating…

The energy from the Cerebellum becomes stronger and stronger, the weaker you are in your own energy. It creates energies within the Cerebrospinal Fluid outside the brain, when you don’t have enough minerals and vitamins in your own system. Weakness…

What researchers doesn’t see from what I’ve experienced myself, is the energy the Cerebellum can create.

I’ve been feeling strong energies in my head, and felt like I’ve been «knocked» out of balance during walking, because I was so weak as I was. My body almost became a energy, and the energies in my head wasn’t my own. The Cerebellum was thinking for me, and still do if I don’t pay attention to my own thoughts.

I am going to write down my symptoms that I’ve had, so you can «see» if you’re living in too high energies, within the Cerebellum causing the symptoms you have:

  • Liver disease(Chirrosis).
  • Edema.
  • Ascites.
  • Extreme Fatigue/ME
  • Rashes on the skin caused by a pH imbalance. (Bile Acid is alkaline).
  • Severe itching.
  • Blisters.
  • Memory loss.
  • Feeling very cold (Cerebellum is a cold energy).
  • Losing words (feeling like they are gone).
  • Having a hard time to write anything.
  • Lacking concentration.
  • Very hard bile due to too much bile acid.
  • Lost sense of taste.
  • Headaches when energies left the head.
  • Bad taste.
  • Periodontitis
  • Seeing «flies» in my eyes (Bile acid).
  • Bad taste in my mouth
  • Ringing in the ears
  • Feeling pressure over my heart.
  • Lost sense of direction and where I was during walks.
  • Shortness of breath.
  • A lot of Spider Veins.
  • Almost blue skin here and there.
  • Aches and pains in the body.
  • Did everything in a certain order, and lost impulsivity over things.
  • Cerebellum have created a lot of energies within me, that haven’t been mine. Will write more about this in later posts.
  • I would have anxiety, depression and other psychological diseases, if I wasn’t strong enough in my gut. My cerebellum have tried to create these energies ALL the time, and still do daily.
  • The stronger I become, the weaker these energies become. So my journey has also been a journey of becoming ME again. A human that has a lot of Love for my husband that I almost lost. Love for my children, that the Cerebellum wanted to isolate me from. More on this later. I am writing this so you can «see» what the Cerebellum actually can do.

My mind is open. I have experienced something that very few people have I think. I am open to being wrong. Everything I write is based on my own experiences and own research.

I’ve been involuntary hospitalized 3 times because of what happened, and I’ve been in hospital 1 time during these past 5 years.

I am going to write my story, but I want to write about minerals and vitamins before I do so, because everything is connected…

A human is more a energy than I thought… That’s is what the researchers today does not see…

On the night of February 23 I woke up during the night. A saw a white aura around me and my body started to move on its own. I thought something within me was healing me since I had experienced something the night before that was traumatic.

What the Cerebellum was doing is manipulating me into believing I was healing from within when it is opposite. More stress in the Cerebrospinal Fluid System because I did not drink enough water, and I am still weak in my own energies. Cerebellum increases its energy when I use a lot of energy.

I am in pain within me because of everything that the Cerebellum have done to me, and if I told you everything, which I will in later posts you would not believe me.

Spirituality and Chakras are very misunderstood.. The Kundalini energy is the Cerebellum as an example. All too high energies… more on that later…

Until next time…

Take care of yourself and listen to the signals the body is sending you from the gut…
